Discover our cozy 80 sqm attic apartment in the idyllic south of Hamburg, perfect for families or small groups up to 4 people. Our apartment combines modern comfort with rural charm, is fully equipped, and features a private balcony for relaxing outdoor moments.
The Apartment
Our sunlit apartment is peacefully situated in the attic of our family home and is accessible via a separate entrance. Although the garden is not available for use, the private balcony provides ample space to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. You’ll find plenty of free parking in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is lovingly and cozily furnished, featuring a bedroom with a double bed (180×200), a children’s room with two single beds (90×200 and 80×200), and a living room with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Tassimo coffee machine, and kettle. There is also a small dining nook for quick meals.
The bathroom has been modernized and includes both a shower and a bathtub. Naturally, bed linens, towels, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, free WiFi, satellite TV, a bluetooth speaker and a Fire Stick are also included. For longer stays, we are happy to provide fresh linen sets upon request.

Children are warmly welcome here! A travel cot for toddlers and a high chair are available to make the stay as comfortable as possible for our youngest guests.

Along the street, there is a children’s playground. Taking a walk around the block or around the field in summer allows you to see sheep, cows, goats, horses, and ducks at the duck pond.

Please note that you will need to climb a staircase to access the apartment, which is secured at the top with a safety gate. Check-in is conducted in person or via a key box for late arrivals after 9 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability.
House Rules
Smoking, parties, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted in the apartment to ensure quality and tranquility for all guests.

Near the apartment you’ll find a variety of shopping options to meet your needs. Within a short walk, you can reach the supermarket “Edeka Meyer,” where you’ll find a wide selection of groceries and household items. Also nearby are branches of “Aldi” and “Hol’ ab,” offering further options for grocery shopping.
For clothing and accessories, you can visit stores like “Kik,” “Takko,” and the “K&K Shoecenter,” which offer a wide range of fashion items at affordable prices. If you need cosmetics and personal care products, the “dm” drugstore is a convenient option.
Additionally, there’s an “Easy Apotheke” for medical needs, as well as “Dat Backhus” and “Bäcker Weiss” for fresh bread and baked goods. If you require postal services, you’ll find a post office nearby.

Pricing & Availability
March to October 90,-€/night* for up to 2 persons.
November to end of February 85,-€/night* for up to 2 persons.
For 3 or more persons: 15,-€/night for each additional person aged 15 and above.
No additional charges for children under 2 years old. Children aged 2-14 years old are charged 10,-€ per night.
